I thought this might give me something to do for the times I am bored out of my mind at home while I'm ill at home...

I read a lot of celebrity magazines and websites so I thought I'd pick and choose the stories I find interesting as well as the pictures of the latest celebrity pics where I like or love or even hate what they're wearing and you can give your opinions on the stories and fashion. Also of course you can post stories you've read and pictures you've found...

Let me know if it's a crap idea...

YSL Passes...

The iconic figure in the fashion world, Yves Saint Laurent, has passed away. The designer was 71 years old and had been battling brain cancer for about a year. In recent weeks, he was very ill and has been in and out of the hospital.

Yves became a fashion staple when he took over designing with Christian Dior’s sudden passing in 1957. He has since become a household name in clothing, as well as a stylist for the celebrities. Even through his illness, he had a hand in designing what his name went on. He tried to manage the business end of things with his partner until a few months ago.

RIP YSL.

Sarah Jessica Parker's Hand-Me-Downs

Sarah Jessica Parker had no idea she was walking down the red carpet is already worn clothes. After she found out, she was a little ticked off.

It seems the designer of the dress she wore for the New York premiere of Sex and the City was not a premiere itself, like she was told. SJP asked if the dress had been worn before and was told no. In reality, Lindsay Lohan wore it for a commercial shoot a few weeks back. And it was also worn at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Ball.

Even though it is a dress, SJP acknowledges it is small in the whole scheme of things. But she didn’t appreciate being lied to.

I wouldn't want to be lied to either so I don't blame her for being ticked off.

I think it's a pretty dress. Although I'm personally not into wearing gold or silver metallic clothes. I prefer metallic accessories than clothes. I do like some metallix in other colours like metallic red.

I really hope he sticks to celebs and not models..

I hate to break it to you all, Perez honestly seems like a horrible person to me. I'll edit if language is inappropriate. All he wants is controversy and attention.

SJP's dress is pretty. But being lied to is no fun.

i don't read perez much. the ones i post will be more about celebs than models to be honest...
i also prefer looking at celeb fashion than model fashion because celebrities are closer to real people (well me) than models.
celebrities are mostly average height and more my size than the tall, stick-thin models.

I was gonna ask why edwac was apologizing? O_o

I honestly don't find it that bad because people where I live use it on a daily basis like it's nothing. But I've heard its not always a nice word to use. I still hate Perez Hilton, he has nothing better to do than hurt people.

i agree with you callie. that f word is offensive it's like the n word (offensive word used to describe black people) for gay people, isn't it?
