What is the deal?

This is my first time here,and I am confused as to why we need at least 10 posts to vote for a model. I am a member of other sites that allow you to vote as soon as you log on-like style.com. I will be honest, I do not think I will be on here as much as I am on other sites.

Welcome to the FMD site.
I wasn't aware of that ruling - anyway assuming that you are interested in models and/or modelling it shouldn't prove too difficult to notch up ten posts. (I've just noticed that you have 12 posts so far - although they look like "tests")
I do know that in the past the model voting system was being abused by some, so perhaps this is the reason for FMD's ruling.

Welcome on FMD,
Indeed, we need a very accurate voting-system since we plan to use these votes for further projects on FMD that need a reliable rating of the profiles. I'm pretty sure that style's voting-system is anything else than accurate if they allow to vote immediately Wink

That way you could register 1000 accounts and pilote the rating of each profile. It's supposed to be fun and nothing more but as I mentioned, we need and want a useable rating Wink

I understand now. I did not even know I had 12 posts or tests. I guess this one makes #13 then, lol. Very Happy
