i have a question.
what is the correct definition of "beautiful"??
why canīt models be more curvaceous?
i heard terrible stories about models who starved nearly to death.
my opinion is that women with "female" bodys look more beautiful than others.
i donīt think that beautiful means perfekt!
even a caractaristic big nose can look beautiful. it can give the face a personal touch!
everybody is an individual, created by god, so people canīt use the word "perfect".
what do you think about this???
please, send me a reply!
yours, juliangel |

Hi juliangel,
Well of course beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
So I don't think that your question as to what is the CORRECT definition of beautiful is meaningful, but I know what you mean by it.
I love women with curvy bodies much more so than waifs - I love women who look like women and not those that look like girls.
Mature women are far more attractive to me and I certainly don't look for perfection or prettyness, for me it's character and uniqueness.
As you say a larger nose, unusual eyes or other differences are what catch my eye - always.

i think there are whole aspects of beauty. fashion celebrates all different sorts of beauty, which is good. tanya dziahileva, coco rocha and gemma ward would hardly be what you would call classic beauties but netherless theyre very versatile and thats what agencies are looking for. gisele, heidi, nadja, kate, claudia etc. are the classic beauties of the 90s (even though personaly i hardly like any of them lol). basically theres no "one" definition of beauty, there are many. |

I looked up the actual meaning of beautiful as listed on http://www.elook.org/dictionary/beautiful.html website.
Definition:
1. [adjective] delighting the senses or exciting intellectual or emotional admiration; "a beautiful child"; "beautiful country"; "a beautiful painting"; "a beautiful theory"; "a beautiful party"
2. [adjective] aesthetically pleasing
3. [adjective] (of weather) highly enjoyable; "what a beautiful day"
