Hi everyone!
Like most of the girls around here, I'm interested in modeling too, so I go three times a week to a gym (sometimes only two), to work out some parts that aren't perfect!!
Most of people tell me that I'm photogenic and have a good bone structure...
I'm very confused! What is better: send my informations to an agency, or participate in a contest?I don't know how to start in this world...
My measurements: 32.2"-24.8"-35"
- Height: 5'8.1
- Weight: 116.8 lbs
- Age: 16
I appreciate all the replies!! xx |

First of all, it's not your weight that matters. It's your measurements.
and it's not necessary to put ".1" or ".8", it's either no decimals or ".5".
A contest has very nice attention and credentials. If you manage to become a finalist. Your call, both are great ways to start. |

Oh, ok! Thank you Jenni ! I didn't know how to convert cm into inches, so I enter on google, to find out, but I didn't understand very well!!
Yes,I agree, a contest has a very nice attencion and credentials, but you have to become a finalist!! Perhaps I will participate in a contest...until then, I continue to go to gym!
Thanks for your advice |

Hi,
Would you guys please give an ideia of what pictures (head photo) should I send to an agency?
P.S.: Just like MaryKate wrote, you (Jenny) have experience in this world? (at least sounds like that)... If yes, and after you having seen my photos, for what have I more "skills", in your opinion?(runways, commercial, etc).
Thank you.
Anne. |

I have my share of experience, but I mainly learn from those who know more (agents, makeup artists, photographers, stylists) I don't see any runway potential to be bluntly honest. Maybe commercial, but only agencies can tell you. |

No the pictures should be of you wearing no makeup with your hair pulled back on a plain background.
I don't see the potential either. Sorry. |

Thank you anyway!
I have a doubt: is better send your profile to all the agencies that you would like to be, or send to one agency and wait their response? |
