You know we all have little things that annoy us ... vent it rather than letting it build up. Some may say this is a rip off only i think in this thread when we say something annoys us ... we will care Razz

It annoy's me when people dont respect knowledge and life experience, in fact i hate it that there is no respect. I hate when i offer experienced knowledge to someone but not listen. I hate it in times when i am nothing but nice to someone but somehow i seem to annoy them.

It annoys me when men openly chat me up in public when i am with a child.

I dont like old people:

- I dont like how when they talk about an item being worn out such as an old credit card they say "oh thats worn out, just like me" like shut up!

- How they are experts at blowing their nose.

- How they say " Dont call me old, i'm not old yet, I still have my life!" but they pull out the old card like "please let me on the bus first please, i'm old"... Mad

I so wanna vent.. but my vent is a little different.. my vent is on the current state of the fashion industry through my eyes.

I'm 16 years old.. pretty young. Its been my life long dream to be a model.

I hate it that a young girl's ideal of beauty in America has to be a skeleton

I hate that there are hardly any African Americans on the runways or in fashion in general these days

I hate the constant focus on what i look like..does anyone care that i get straight A's in school more than how smooth my skin looks or about my recent 5 pound weight gain

I hate that my love for fashion is becoming a sad thing

I hate that my dreams haven't come true yet

and i hate that after i submit this nothing will change.. i'll still be a 16-year sittin at home instead of new face in the fashion world

I just really needed to vent.. and i hope ppl really see where i'm comin from and understand.. thx guys Smile

Why would you want to be part of an industry that only has these values??? straight A's you say?? find something fulfilling, you are 16, your whole life is ahead of you love. These people are dots on the horizon.. find something more fufilling. I'm sure you can.
