The cover is beautiful, the sentiment is there, but practicality rules those out in the end. I would have loved to have that issue of French elle as it captures an angelic looking face. But for $138.00 USD, I rather pay a bill, buy a week's grocerry, or buy cheaper vintage mags for that amount. I can only see grayness at this point, the fact that she died so young will not only become a selling point for any magazine that features Ruslana, but a justification for the high prices. Rolling Eyes So vulgar.

Hey Voguegirl, the first picture is awesome. I am always gonna remember her for that loooooooong hair. I still feel a little sad when I hear Enya's Wild Child because it fit in so well on one of Ruslana's tribute videos.

I can't believe what I am seeing on ebay right now. Imagine how some sellers are cashing in on this! There is an issue of French Elle with Ruslana on the cover going for over $100.00 USD. Are they kidding me? Rolling Eyes

That was a beautiful tribute, the one with "Wild Child" playing in the background.

The one I like is the one with "Amelia" by the Cocteau Twins playing in the background, so haunting and beautiful. Its so sad because the tribute shows Ruslana with her mother Crying or Very sad

The funeral process took place in Moscow on Khovanskom cemetery (by the request of her friends and IMG and also because Ruslana loved Moscow)

Today is actually 9 days from they day she died. I am Orthodox too, usually it is the day when people go to the cemetery, but I guess her funeral took place late because of the paperwork. It is 9 days and then 40 days after the death while the soul of the person is still around.
