Jinxie,
my measurements are 34-32-36, yea i should be like 24 in the middle lol! I know that I am not big enough to be a plus size model and I dont want to go that route anyway, but I need some motivation to lose those extra pounds in certain areas. So if anyone has any really good tips, I'd aprreciate them.

Kranova, thanks much for your tips. I forget to tell u how long and pretty your hair is, I'm trying to get mine that long.

woops, i didnt know there was a page 2 to this!
sorry.. in answer to your question, no, i've never done yoga but i'd like to get into that. Normally, I just walk alot, run on the elyptical machines, and swim laps. Whatever you do, don't lift, cuz you wanna look LEAN not buff!
Thank you ALGD, you've got a beautiful and interesting face. I think if you just eat healthier and slim down, you'd be perfect for high fashion modeling.

@ALGB
Are you sure you have a 32" waist? You don't look like that, although I can't see the rest of you Rolling Eyes
Otherwise you should attend a few open calls; agencies are always looking for such a "special" and charming face. I suppose you're about 16/17 years, that would be the right age to get in...

Yes, i am 16 years old, I'm not familiar with anywhere open calls would be, so if u could let me know that'd be great. Maybe my waist got smaller since i lost weight lol.

It depends on your location.
We have a good list of agencies http://fmd1.com/agencies/ .
Most agencies have all needed info on their website.
Otherwise write them an email or call them to fix a date if they don't have open calls.
16 is a good age to start modelling...

I've produced a lot of fashion shows all over the Caribbean and in London. Most of them were as entertainment and so there were usually only one or two professional models and the rest were wannabees. My nightmare was a girl under 5'7 with a big bust and short legs. It doesn't matter how pretty she is (in fact for catwalk the face is not really a consideration, ugly can be interesting). The essence of modelling is that unless the model is a known face, that she can fit into the clothes and show them off. There isn't the time or desire to look for clothes that will suit particular models, they all need to be able to fit into standard sizes and look good in them. No one is going to alter the length, find a way to stretch something over a big bust, look for the right pants to cover up short legs, all these clothes have to go back into stock straight afterwards and that applies as much to haute couture as your local boutique.

Short girls with big busts and reasonable faces are good for glamour (not sex, but topless, semi-naked and some bikini type shots) and that's about it.
