Prada Opens San Francisco Flagship Store

San Francisco, CA (CNS) - Prada finally unveiled its San Francisco flagship store last week.
The store has been in the works since the late 1990s, but a zoning dispute delayed its opening for nearly a decade.
The store, designed by Roberto Baciocchi, is a 5650-square-foot space located on Post Street, according to Hint Fashion Magazine.
The store features clothing and accessories for both men and women, including a made-to-measure service for men.
Most of the items sold in the store have their price tags hidden, with off-the-rack suits ranging from $2,000 to $3,000, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
The first shopping day last week was Wednesday, and it drew crowds of curious San Fran tourists and residents.
Prada herself was not present for the store's opening. |
