Posh hits Fashion Week
There's already one hot ticket scheduled for New York Fashion Week, and it isn't for a
catwalk show. As reported a few months ago on handbag.com, Victoria Beckham has
most recently turned her hand to designing a line of dresses.
Speculation as to whether she would show during the upcoming international collections
was today put to rest when a spokesperson for her brand, dVb, confirmed she will not but
putting on a catwalk presentation next September, but instead doing one-on-one
appointments with key buyers and editors.
The dresses, which are aimed at the luxury market, follow Beckham's denim and
sunglasses lines, which also fall under her dVb label, and will be on sale for Spring /
Summer 2009.
