Woah, that's a little too far. But you never know. It might just work. A 34.5 inch waist is pretty small by my standards on the average woman. |

A 35 inch waist on any woman is nearing unhealthy, apparently, or so I heard on some show. I think it means that there is more visceral fat aroudn the organs, which is really not good. |

But still, making it kind of illegal to be fat? *shrug* I seriously don't question that regulation but more that why they did a single waist measurement than a BMI. If a woman is 6 ft tall and another is 4'11" then surely the taller will have a naturally larger waist. Speaking in proportions.
I like NY's law of banning trans fat a bit better. |
