Yeah ... you can tell from feeling it.
Would you like to know how to pick a crystal out against a diamond or glass?
It should be cold in the palm, quartz doesnt retain heat. You can tell glass by clarity and buy touch it feels a certain way.
I wish I was still making but I'm not, I design now, it's my first love xx |

That's really cool! I always notice crystal were cold but Inever thought of using it as a way to identify it (kinda) I'll try that when the art show comes to town. Its a big thing you go to like ten galleries in a day. and you can win paintings. There quite a few of amber jewlers but there a few others too. My mom is friends with one. |

Amber jewellery is so impressive.
Impress somebody with this. You know how in amber there are small bubbles and discrepancies?
Ever heard the urban myth about it being raindrops lol
Well it isnt, it is small fractures caused by the amber cooling and moving at the same time, after all amber is caused by trees as far as I can remember, my gemology is failing me right now. But I remember this little bit of knowledge I cant really remember what they are called.
I love Amber jewellery, I designed a massive amber set ... yummy, it's really nice, even if I say so myself lol |

I like Amber too! I know it sounds funny bit it looks so edible! Like its honey drops or something.
That's interesting.
A huge Necklace of amber would be my ticket! It would have to be nice but not overbearing, you know what I mean? |

It was lovely as I said, it wasnt overbearing, the pendant was rather large I have to say but it's okay if you team with small earrings ... thats the rule, big necklace small earrings, big earrings small necklace. It's almost like the bold lips pale eyes, bold eyes pale lips rule lol. |

Oh no I wasn't talking about your pieces I just meant a big Amber necklace in general. You know when the outfit is simple and elegant you can reall show off a big pendant.
By the way ave you tried that perfume yet? |

Yeah I know you were being general so was I
Yeah I did, it's pretty but a bit too young. As I said I think you'd like YSL Babydoll if you like that fragrance. I was addicted to that in high school.
Shecy pearls are good quality (on topic lol)
To tell a real pearl you can really tell by touch and shape but the real test is to rub it against your teeth if it's smooth it's immitation, if its grainy you have a pearl, only do this if you are the only person to have owned the pearls etc, you dont know who else has rubbed a pearl agains their teeth lol |

Yeah I like perfumes vibrant and happy ( you know what I mean) I like fruity smells but I don't want people telling me ``Yo, Alyssa, you smell like apples!`` lol I'd be so annoyed. I'll smell Baby Doll iever I see it but Its not like i can afford it , me with my salary of zero dollars |

It's actually not that expensive, as far as designer perfumes go, about 35 British Pounds for 100ml ... thats good, it's an EDT (Eau de Toilette) as opposed to EDP (Eau de Parfum) they are generally more expensive.
I dont know what that translates as in american dollars but there would be no point in me doing that considering you use Canadian currency lol. |

I'll look it up
Found it... Its about 70$ ..Mabye something more along the lines of 10 to 15 pounds would be more in my price line. (that about 20 to 30 $)
Its about 2 pounds for every Canadian dollar. |
