Someone was asking on another topic agencies in Milan. Below 5'9 there is no way it will be D management, Why not or similar. It has to be small local Milan agency that takes local girls for local jobs. If it will be international campaign, then the model will have to be from top agency with the measurements and height as all top models.
In NY there are tons of local small agencies for local jobs. It will be funny to be below 5'9 and not to have the 'look' but submit photos to IMG or DNA, or even Elite and Trump. I read once that some agencies save funny submissions and actually are making fun of them for holidays or something like this. Cruel, but this is what I read.
