I think that is just a bad photo of Kate. I have seen her in other pictures where she has absolutely no makeup on, and she still looks pretty.
That picture is really grainy and bad quality anyway. |

Yeah, probably she has others pictures without makeup where she looks pretty, and about the others Alessandra looks really great without makeup |
