I am 16 1/2, I have worked 3 months in Fotogen and now I would like to work in Milan...
I am only 5' 7.5 and my measurements are 34-22.5-33.5...In which agency I could go? Major said to me that I am good but I would also go in others agencies...

Indeed charles, it's a long road including activation and once you are registered, the link from Silverrain you'll find out that Silverrain's link is misspelled.

However, I think you're really mutable and almost photogenic but when it comes to your height I really doubt that you are that tall.
Having said this, I'm afraid that major agencies in Milan such as Next, Fashion Mgmt, Elite, Why Not, Names, Taxi, Women etc... won't take you as runway model (175>), nevertheless I suggest you to give a try if you have time.
Here's a short list of 2nd level agencies I would suggest:
