How to post pic on here? Plz help!

I noticed that some photos on here are in "http://www..." but how do I post photos that immediately show up without having to type in the "http://www..." part?

Here is an example of what I mean
http://forums.fmd1.com/do-i-have-model-potential-t2267.html

See her photos show immediately, how to do that?

Ok thanx, that's what I had initially thought but I just wasn't sure enough...I'm actually not going to post pics but I was just curious how it's done
