Yeah lol what I figured. I probably would've been taller if I'd eaten healthier. D: Most of my family are giants. |

height is mostly genes, but I read somewhere that pre-natal care has a lot to do with it-- and that this explains why the dutch are the tallest people on earth (avg ht for man is 6'2"): the gov't there spends more on prenatal care than any other country. The avg ht in the US has only slightly increased in the US since WWII whereas the avg ht in European countries with state funded pre-natal care has increased steadily. So eat alot when ur pregnant. I was a ten pound baby, now I'm 6'1", my 14 year-old brother is my height-- our dad's only 5'10". Also of course: eat a lot when you are young: dieting, excessive weight lifting, and taking stimulants during puberty will all stunt ur growth. |

Try Basketball
Vitamins
Sleep minumum 10hrs
Fitness program which designed for getting tall.
( ask expert trainer to prepare a program for you)
Right foods,
Less stress in your mind.
And most importent if your genetic map designed for that you will be taller and taller and taller |
