Well if you're really desperate you can get limb lengthening surgery. The docs break your bones and reset them with pins.

How it works: It’s a fact that you can grow up to 2 inches and a half (2 ½”) within 2 years by having limb lengthening surgery. Basically, doctors and surgeons will cut your shin bone in half and every month they will stretch them out. There are expensive procedures in which you may quickly grow up to 2 inches in only 18 months.

The actually reached height depends additionally on the quality of the nutrition, above all on protein. But the individual genetic constitution limits height to a maximum.

Like people said, eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Drinking a lot of milk (try not drinking full fat stuff, if you want to model drinking full fat milk will NOT help) or taking calcium supplements may help..
I think stretching helps too.

Funny, I hardly ever eat fruits, veggies or drink milk... I still ended up somewhat "tall".
