I'm not really tall (5'7") but I think with long legs I have the appearance of being taller than I am.

Everyone mentions polaroid, why? I don't have one...is digital ok?

I'm sorry, I mean - one body shot, and one head shot. Yes, without makeup, for them to see your skin.
I'm gonna tell you the photos that a like more. I think digital photos are fine.

I'm just like you, beginning to enter in this world! I don't know if I will participate in a contest, or send my information to an agency...I guess is better participate in a contest, but if I don't make to the final? Are more and more girls to become a model,in a short period of time, and they have to pick those who are perfect(almost perfect...)so, I don't know yet!... Embarassed

You could probably do polaroid style pictures if you don't have the camera.

Internet agencies don't ever seem reliable. Who's ever heard of a successful model from those? not me for sure!

Send your pictures to an agency. The topic has instructions for the best pictures. If the agency asks for something specific, then do that instead. As for looks that NYC looks for, it varies. I can't help with that.
