Height/age?

As of this moment I'm thirteen years old, and am 5' 6"(about 168 cm). I'm slightly worried, as I haven't gotten any taller in over a year, and I was hoping to do runway.
I've recently been selected to participate in a modeling/acting competition, but they've told me that due to my height, it would be better if I were to stick with the acting portion.
I'm just wondering, do you think there's a chance I may get any taller?
I was really hoping to be around 5' 9"(about 175 cm), but it doesn't look like it's going to happen.
My mom is 5' 8"(about 173 cm), and my dad is 5' 10"(about 178 cm). What do you think?

There's really no way to know. I think you could grow an inch or two, and then you'll be right on the dot to do runway.

My mother is 5'8 and my father is 6'3, and I finally stopped growing at 17 and am 6'1 (I have to lie though and say that I'm shorter when I go to castings...which I think is so ridiculous, but anyways....) Just be patient. I didn't have my huge growth spurt till I was about your age. Wink

At your age is just when you should start growing! don't worry you will be probably growing for two years more...But anyway you should play volleyball, basket or stretching rutines like jazz
