Hum ,this is a quite dumb question but I've been wondering...
What does the "dress size include"??

Is it the dress size in which you fit as in a strapless, prom-like dress? Or are the shoulders included?

For exemple, can you be a dress size 6 yet wear T-shirts that are 8 because of your shoulders being naturally broader than you torso?

I KNOW it's terribly silly.. Embarassed
