likes you they will tell you to do so. I know this from experience I am a
model and when i started they scouted me and told me to lose about 15
pounds I was around 130 pounds. It is true that it is not so much the weight
but rather the measurements the average model needs to have hips no
larger than 34-35 inches a waist of 23-25 inches and a bust of 32-34 inches
but it all depends on your body. Seeing as you are on the rather short side
for models you would probably need to have the smaller side of the
measurements. If you don't mind me asking how old are you? Lastly
concerning what you should where go very simple they don't want to see
personal style they want a blank canvas they can mold in to what every
they want..Also which city are you going to ford in because this advice is for
the new york market..Hope it helps |
i'm 17 right now and im going to the San Francisco Ford. Would the advice be different since SF isnt as cutthroat as New York? |

clothes should be simple, form-fitting, and still pretty stylish. |
yeah im thinking about just going along with that
hopefully i lose a few pounds or something but i want to know their reaction first |

I will suggest to go to another agency in SF first and see what they will say. If they will decided to sign you, you always can say 'NO', but at least you will have their response. And save Ford's open call for the following week. That way you will have a chance to practice and see what another agency thinks first. |

that would probably be a better idea haha
im not expecting them to like love me at first sight and sign me right there, i know that probably wont happen and the industry is hard to break into in the first place
but i still want to give it a shot anyways
and im going to visit 2 agencies next week, a small local one and Ford
i was looking at their website and they already have aloooot of European girls on there (i'm european too) so i dont really know if that's going to help me or hurt me |

if they will like you, they will sign you right there and right away and offer you a contract because they compete among each other and if you have a look, they will not let you go to another agency |
