There's a small modeling agency near where I live. They discovered Carolyn Murphy as a teen as well as several other girls who've had some success as models and actresses.

I was wondering if small agencies are worth the effort.

Yes defo, when we first started we discovered a VERY well known glamour model. The thing is the larger agencies already have the Kate Moss' and Naomi Campbells and PR wise once you have a model like that on your books a lot of the time you cannot promote a fresh face to the same extent. I would say find an agency that is still looking for thier Kate Moss as they would be looking for that one special girl to put them on the map!
