I emailed my photos and details to two agencies 3 or 4 days ago and they still haven't replied either to set up an interview or to reject me. Is that a bad sign or a good sign that they are taking so long?

Who knows?
Well it doesn't sound like a particularly long time to wait for a reply, although I can understand that it does for you. I'd certainly give them a little longer before following it up though.
I do so hope the delay means that they are seriously interested in you.

although I'm trying not to get my hopes up so i'm not so disappointed if they don't.
and you're right it feels much longer since i'm so eager to know.

Usually they contact you as soon as possible if they are interested to sign you. |
